Scholarships

Our scholarship programme aims to empower young people through educational opportunities. It is targeted towards outstanding individuals who demonstrate the potential for future leadership in Abia State. The programme helps students in publicly-owned tertiary institutions in Nigeria to offset the cost of their education.

Loan

Small Businesses are the backbone of any society intent on improving the citizens' standard of living. We provide small business owners with soft loans to enable them grow their businesses and take care of their families.

 

Grants

We give grants to indigent artisans and help monitor their trades as they grow their services and contribute to the economic well-being of Abia State.

 

 

Call for Application

The Alex Otti Foundation has become a major player in educating the underclass in Abia state in tertiary institutions across Nigeria. With the increase in knowledge in the 21st century, accentuated by cutting-edge scientific, technological and philosophical innovations and inventions, access to quality education has become imperative, perhaps, a survival tool in today’s global and dynamic world. However, the greater the need for quality education, the more it becomes a mirage for the underclass who cannot afford the skyrocketing cost of education, particularly tertiary education. It is on this note that the Alex Otti Foundation stands in the gap between the cost of education and the aspirations of brilliant and talented students who are on the edge of society. Through deliberate and structured interventions, the foundation keeps offering financial support to these students at the margins.

Recognising the needs of students at the margins of Abia state, the Alex Otti Foundation invites applications for the 2025/2026 Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme, with its target undergraduate students who are ancestrally from - or currently residing in - Abia State.
